  • Absolute Beginner

    An introduction to the vocabulary, agility, flexibility, postures, and strength that builds a new dancer's confidence.

    This is a weekly drop-in class where dancers can join as time permits to progress from absolute beginner to fundamentals.

  • Ballet 1 (Fundamentals)

    Perfect for those wanting to focus on strengthening their basic skills.

    Students add to their technique and vocab with an emphasis on placement, balance, and alignment. Exercises build upon core skills and the excitement for learning repertoire.

  • Ballet 1.5 (Movement)

    Ideal for those with some previous experience, returning to ballet, and dancers looking to take their skills to the next level.

    Dancers can expect more intense barre-work. Here, we focus on building the necessary alignment and coordination for dancing center and across the floor with a variety of turns, linking steps and jumps. This class will leave you feeling more grounded, connected and gracious towards yourself.

  • Ballet 2 (Choreography)

    This class is geared towards dancers with a strong ballet foundation wanting to display artistry through a more advanced repertoire.

    Dancers can expect more challenging barre-work that will continue to improve balance & strength and center-work that connects the technique to musicality. Students will focus on expression of their movements creating a a more meaningful dance experience and centering the mind.

  • Pre-Pointe

    This is a truncated class designed for those looking to strengthen their skills to prepare to dance on pointe.

    Students will refine their technique, learn more about how to care for their ankles & feet after these strenuous exercises, and the varying parts that make up the pointe shoe.

  • Jazz

    These classes incorporate techniques and styles fostered by Fosse, Dunham, and Horton focused on styling, rhythm and dynamic expression. Dancers learn foundational jazz elements all while improving strength, coordination, and flexibility. Perfect for dancers looking to polish their skills or those new to the style.

  • Modern

    These classes incorporate techniques and styles fostered by Graham, Ailey, Horton and St. Denis, focused on fluidity in movement and expression. With a mix of structured exercises and creative choreography, this class invites you to connect with your body and your artistic side.

    We offer classes for all levels, ranging from beginners to experienced dancers looking to challenge themselves.

  • Flexibility

    Improve your flexibility and posture during this focused stretching class. After a warmup to safely engage the muscles, we'll go through a series of both dynamic and static stretches to relieve tension and aches in the body. And, get you closer to those splits!

  • Bachata w/ Patty

    Unlock the rhythm in your feet and the music in your soul! We’ll dive deep into musicality, technique, and self-expression. Whether you’re looking to refine your steps, learn a couple shines, sync with the beat, or bring your own unique style to the dance floor, this class is designed to take your footwork to the next level. ✨

    Beginner-friendly! Leads and follows of all levels welcome!

  • Free Hula & Tahitian

    Our weekly free class is combined Hula and 'Ori Tahiti that introduces the dynamic movements and rhythms of traditional Polynesian dances, blending grace, strength, and storytelling.

    Perfect for all levels, you'll learn hip isolations and expressive gestures while connecting to the joyful spirit of Polynesia.
